Margaret Ann McMillen (maiden name Henry) was married to Charles H. McMillen. Charles died first, then Margaret, and they left four minor children behind. These children then became the heirs of the Estate of Margaret Ann McMillen. The accounting documents of their probate case notes the sale of slaves by order of the court in 1854. There are at least two slaves named in the probate records: Mary and Nancy. It is possible Mary also gave birth in 1853.
