Held 16 slaves at the time of his death in 1846. Among them were Bill, Jack, Clark, Dick, Lucy, America, and Morning. Lucy was the mother of Clark, Booker, Rhoday, and a girl born in 1846, name unknown. Unknown if Elijah Dehart held Booker and Rhoday. He purchased Lucy from Susannah Hubbard, later Susannah Booth in 1835. See "Slaves" portion of his profile near the bottom for more detail.
