held and bound unto Elizabeth R Schipman Administratrix of the Estate of N B. Shipman deceased in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars conditioned for the payment of the full and thereon from the date hereof payable annually until the whole amount of principal and interest shall be paid in fee all and satisfied as in and by the said Bond & condition there under written , will more fully and at large appear Now , Know Ye , That I the said William He Cain the payment of the sum of Five hundred Dollars for the better securing unto the said Elizabeth R Schipman Administratrix as aforesaid her Heirs , hear Executors , Administrators or Assigns , together with lawful interest for the same have bargained and sold , and by these presents do bargain and sell , in plain and open market deliver to the said Elizabeth R. Schipman Administratrix as aforesaid the following negro Slaves to wit : Henry and Dolphin with the issue and increase of the female
