SH Dr. Samuel Percival (1781-1848), his wife Charlotte E. Marshall (abt 1795-1864), and their 10 identified children had homes in Charleston, Columbia and factories around Columbia. Some enslaved people named in wills. My great grandfather Wilson Percival (1st) was born about 1842. Siblings: John, William, Edward, Mortimer, Hester, and Eleanor. Their enslaved mother was called Sophy. She later married John Kyer.
